    Alain Roussingue (l’Auberge des Trois canards à Raulhac, Cantal) était l’invité d’Odile Mattei le samedi 29 septembre dans Goûtez-Voir sur FR3 à 11 h 05


    Le chef proposait un pigeon rôtie et ses croustilles de légumes d’automne.
    Il a présenté aussi quelques assiettes représentatives de sa cuisine et l’émission a évoqué la fête de la tarte à la tome.

    After having held successfully the restaurant the "l'Auberge des trois canards" in Puy de Dôme, Alain and Beatrice settled in Raulhac, small village of the Cantal, since the end of the year 2006.

     Their Inn located in the middle of the village was entirely renovated.
     - 7 entirely new comfortable rooms with superb bathrooms. 
    - A “gastronomical” room of restaurant for approximately 25 to 30 people. 
    - A Brewery and a bar for the traditional restoration. 40/50 people

    RAULHAC, typical village of the CANTAL, Beatrice and Alain accomodate you with the Inn of three ducks, located on the NORTHERN axis - AVEYRON/WALL OF BAR/AURILLAC, in the very pretty valley of Goul.
